May 24, 2018 • MichaelPollackWins

Not everyone is happy with the way that their buttocks looks and not everyone is a good patient for the Brazilian Butt Lift. For the most part, in order to be a promising patient for the surgery, you have to be healthy for the most part. You should also have tried all other methods such as diet and exercise regimens in order to get a butt that has a more desirable shape and size. If you have already tried to get your derriere to look the way that you really want it to look on your own but still aren’t satisfied, then a Brazilian Butt Lift is a good option.

As far as choosing the office where you will get the procedure done, there are a few to choose from. There is the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. North Texas Plastic Surgery is another great choice in the Dallas, Texas area.

A Brazilian Butt Lift is ideal if you want to augment your backside subtly while a traditional excisional butt lift is ideal if you have a lot of excess skin that has a drooping look to it.

The cost of the surgery can be anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000 depending on the difficulty of the procedure and other factors. Before you have the surgery done, you will have a consultation that will cover all of the details pertaining to your specific surgery. The Mansfield Cosmetic Surgery Center is another good option to get a Brazilian Butt Lift as is the BodEvolve Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa.

In order to be eligible for the surgery, you need to refrain from drinking and smoking for a duration, and you have to stay at a steady weight. You should also be in good health so you will be able to recover more easily.

May 3, 2018 • MichaelPollackWins

Dr. Saad Saad, MD, FAAP, is a surgeon who operates his practice out of Eatontown, New Jersey. He is affiliated with numerous hospitals in the Eatontown area including Monmouth Medical Center and Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

Dr. Saad Saad received his medical degree from the Cairo University School of Medicine and has been a practising surgeon for over forty years now. Dr. Saad Saad’s specializes in general surgery and pediatric surgery and works on children ranging in age from infancy to their teenage years.

Outside of his normal practice, Dr. Saad Saad has notoriety for his charitable works in the field of surgery. He has on eight occasions travelled to Jerusalem on medical missions to provide free surgeries to children who otherwise would be unable to afford them. He has also patented two inventions as well as developing numerous surgical procedures for use in the pediatric field.

Dr. Saad Saad jokingly talks about his inspiration for getting into th medical field and says that he wanted a job where he could work inside and in air conditioning. This comes from his background being born in Palestine and growing up in Kuwait and getting tired of dealing with the heat. Aside from his great sense of humor though, Dr. Saad Saad is a serious surgical practitioner who is highly respected in his field.

In the 1980s Dr. Saad received a huge opportunity that brought him from the United States back to the Middle East. He was brought on as the personal surgeon for the Saudi royal family, an opportunity that few people ever receive and one that fills him with pride. Taking the job in 1985, he stayed in that capacity for four and a half years. Learn more:

Dr. Saad enjoyed being able to use his vast surgical skills on the prestigious patient base that he had with the Saudi royal family and also loved the fact that he was able to meet people from all over the world, but he also received another wonderful opportunity as a result of this. The Saudi royal family regularly opened their hospital doors to the poorest of patients in need of surgery and Dr. Saad loved the fact that he was able to give back in this manner. This is something that stayed with him for years and was part of the motivation for his many humanitarian trips to Jerusalem.

Dr. Saad also recognized that there was a huge lack of programs for surgical residency in Saudi Arabia and he wanted to help out young medical students. He started a surgical residency program for Saudi medical students and forged a connection with the Royal College of Surgeons in England so that students could receive U.K. certification while studying at home in Saudi Arabia. This is one of Dr. Saad’s proudest achievements as it has given him the opportunity to give back to the next generation of surgeons and giving back has always been close to his heart.

Betsy DeVos Fights to Provide Private Education to Low-Income Students

May 2, 2018 • MichaelPollackWins

Just before Donald Trump cancelled the federal rule that transgender students can use the bathroom they felt was right for them, Betsy DeVos met with a rep of gay and transgender to give them notice.

She told this rep that she was strongly against the decision. However, there were also no signs of her and President Trump having any issues. In fact, she joined in on the President’s announcement, and went as far as to say that allowing transgender students to use the bathroom of their choice was a step the Obama Administration shouldn’t of taken.

But those who are close to Mrs. DeVos know that she will not just lay down when she disagrees with the President. Although she is well-mannered in public, she is certainly driven and will fight for what she believes in.

One former state attorney general went as far as to say she put fear in the eyes of many who were involved in Michigan politics – Betsy’s home state. This same politician stated she is very determined on reaching her goals.

Betsy DeVos grew up in Holland, Michigan. She spent her younger years working at her father’s car parts company – a company her father turned into a business worth over one billion dollars. Additionally, her brother founded a private security firm called Blackwater. Although controversial, it is another highly profitable business.

Her husband is Dick DeVos. Interestingly enough, he comes from a family that’s even more wealthy, as his father founded Amway.

Betsy DeVos is also extremely active in education reform. For over thirty years, she has been fighting for tax dollars to go towards charter schools more than public schools. At the same time, she has been fighting for tax-backed vouchers so that low-income students can go to private schools – including religious institutions.

There are strong arguments for, and against, charter schools. Those in favor of them say they give low-income families an opportunity to decide between different schools. They also say they provide competition for public schools, forcing them to do their best work.

And those against charter schools claim a modest plan to end public schools by robbing them of their tax funding. Then, those who own charter schools will use them as a profitable business.

Regardless of which outlook you agree with, it’s clear Betsy DeVos fights vehemently for what she thinks will provide low-income students with the best possible education.

Even though Betsy DeVos has most recently been seen agreeing with Trump on things she claims she is against – there’s no doubt she’s fighting hard behind the scenes. This is because she has been fighting for fair education for over thirty years now, as well as participating in other education reform initiatives. As her career as Education Secretary continues – one can expect to see big changes in education.
